LunchVans The LunchVans Order Entry System was designed to cater for the specific needs of the mobile catering industry using vans to deliver food and refreshments to industrial areas without shops nearby.
The LunchVans Order Entry system allows for speedy entry of orders either by keyboard entry using data entry terminals or directly into the database using networked workstations. Data entered into the data entry terminals is transmitted to the workstations to update the database. Once all orders are entered into the database, it is only a matter of printing a report to produce a summary of orders for the following day.
The LunchVans Order Entry System also keeps track of waste, cash, expenses, stocktakes and a stocktake report can be provided to show the dollar value of all stock that a driver is responsible for.
Upgrade available soon.
Job Tracking Designed for the specific needs of lithographic printing services. The system keeps track of each stage of production of a job and when the job is completed it is costed and an invoice is produced. Periodically the details of invoiced jobs are imported into an accounting package and the jobs are then archived.
The database used is Microsoft SQL Server and the system is coded using Microsoft Visual Basic.
